Vehicles spray booth provides a closed environment for vehicles painting with pressure controlling. As we know that dust free, appropriate temperature and wind speed are necessary for painting.
Then this spray booth can provide a relatively ideal painting environment; this can be controlled by several groups of ventilation, heating system and filtering system etc. burners to heat the air to ensure the spray booth has suitable temperature, air flow and illumination.
1. It can provide up to 25 tons of pushing and pulling power per tower which revolve a full 360degrees around the vehicle. no dead spots on the corners.
2. Telescoping pulling tower’s heights up to 3.9 meters above the main beam provides full height repairs to trailer units and cabs, buses and coaches.
3. The imported assembled POWER TEAM hydraulic system from the U.S.A. is powerful, reliable and of a long service life.
4. A complete pushing and pulling tool kit is furnished, considering any type of reshaping.
5.Lifting equipment with 50tons can effectively repair the declined distorted beam.
6.With 25 tons of hydraulic ram. it can repair distortion, protruding, flex and so on flange wrench.
7.Four towers are 3000mm high and the other two are up to 4446mm. The quantity of towers is for customers' choice.
